How do I subscribe to Pro?
Tap on any locked feature or the "Upgrade to Pro" button in the app. You'll see our subscription options: monthly, yearly, or lifetime. Select your preferred plan and complete the purchase through the App Store.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Hockey Matchup Pro and tap "Cancel Subscription"
You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase on a new device or after reinstalling the app:
- Open Hockey Matchup Pro
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How accurate are the predictions?
Our predictions are based on statistical analysis of historical data, player performance, team statistics, and various other factors. While we strive for accuracy, no prediction system can guarantee outcomes. Sports are inherently unpredictable, and our analysis should be used as one of many tools in making informed decisions.
How often is the data updated?
Our data is updated daily to reflect the latest games, statistics, and lineup changes. Game predictions are generated fresh each day based on the most current information available.
Why do I need to be 18 to use this app?
While Hockey Matchup Pro does not facilitate gambling, the statistical predictions and analysis could potentially be used for sports betting purposes. To promote responsible gaming practices, we require all users to be at least 18 years of age.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and select "Report a Problem"
- Choose the appropriate reason and submit
