1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hockey Matchup Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this App.

3. Nature of Service

Hockey Matchup Pro provides statistical analysis, predictions, and informational content related to NHL hockey games. Important disclaimers:

• Entertainment Only: This App is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• No Gambling Services: This App does not facilitate gambling, accept wagers, or process bets.
• No Guarantees: Predictions are statistical analyses based on historical data and do not guarantee any outcome.
• Not Financial Advice: Content in this App should not be considered financial or betting advice.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not directly process refunds. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Hockey Matchup Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

NHL, team names, logos, and player names are trademarks of their respective owners. Hockey Matchup Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NHL or any NHL team.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Predictions or analysis will be accurate
• Any specific results will be achieved through use of the App
• The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOCKEY MATCHUP PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data
• Financial losses from betting or gambling activities
• Personal injury or emotional distress

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY BETTING OR GAMBLING DECISIONS ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND HOCKEY MATCHUP PRO BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hockey Matchup Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
